not too old-only 44yrs, afterall life starts at 40 n it never ends.....think positive, enjoy your life, be natural or be yourself. Enjoyed listening to all kind of songs coz it keeps you relax, watching movies which keeps you entertained and sports like squash, tennis, hockey and rugby will keep u fit.
